BACKGROUND

Born and raised in Lagos state. Joekings later left Lagos to Makrdi for school and is currently a student of Benue State University popularly known as BSU.

WHAT MADE YOU REALIZE MUSIC WAS YOUR THING?

 Back then in Lagos when I was 11, We were fund of remixing people's songs (songs of guys like olu maintain and D-banj among other) the next year I wrote my first song  and that was how it started

HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE THE MUSIC YOU MAKE

My songs are Gospel, inspirational and radical vibes.

MUSIC INFLUENCE

Joekings music journey has been influenced by the following music acts: Nf, Allnyt and Day3 and also Olamide(although I listen to olamide less this days because of he's contents are corrupting, I only listen to selected tracks)

The life it carries, and I think my sense of music

BEST MOMENTS SO FAR IN MUSIC

 Joekings moment high in music so far was  the day he shared the same stage with two of his musical influences. That was at the Chronicles of Allnyt, the freestyle section after the concert where he rap along side DAY3 AND ALLNYT.

My EP LightEp coming up this September . this is actually my first project

So far for my upcoming project I have worked with B.I.k Pillar, Jason and the legendary Day3....and I would like to work with Limoblaze, obarengy, Remahz and Echow and Allnyt.
